Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MenuDecoded, a DecodedBrand product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MenuDecoded provides tools for businesses to create, design, publish and manage digital menus, QR codes and related analytics. Features and usage limits vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You retain responsibility for menu text, prices, images, logos and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. You are also responsible for keeping menu information, including prices and availability, accurate.

4. Free and Pro plans

MenuDecoded may offer Free and paid Pro plans. Current plan features, limits and prices are shown on our pricing and account pages. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.

5. Payments and Paddle

Paid MenuDecoded subscriptions are sold and processed through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, billing support and returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases made through Paddle.

6. Subscription changes and cancellation

You can manage an active paid subscription through the billing portal available from your MenuDecoded account. Unless an immediate change is expressly shown at the time of the action, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Access to paid features continues through the applicable paid period.

7. Refunds

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use MenuDecoded to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a deceptive or abusive manner.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep MenuDecoded available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MenuDecoded and DecodedBrand are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
